Be ICONIC.

Every day I wake up and do the same routine. Wake up, get dressed, work out, wake kids, dress kids, prepare breakfast, skip breakfast and work/teach kids.

Do you something wrong with that picture?

I do. I skip breakfast every morning– not because I’m not hungry but because I’m moving too fast and won’t take the time to sit down and eat with everyone else.

So I couldn’t help but be relieved when I got an awesome package from Iconic the healthy lifestyle beverage to share with the lovely ladies of SGBC for our bloggers meetup and a sample pack for myself to try in the mail a few weeks back.

I’m kind of old school when it come to eating breakfast. If it’s not some kind of protein and fruit then I feel like what’s the point but I decided to try out Iconic to see what all the southern hype is about and I’m glad I did!

It was great! Super tasty! It has a very milky flow to it– nothing that leaves a bad after taste– but a great after feeling!

I was fully replenished and felt energized to fight through my busy “mama” day.

I’m sure that’s due to the 20g of High Quality protein and fiber, vitamin b12 and Choline and Amino Acids that’s packed in each 11 fl. oz of yummy goodness. Plus it hits the mark with it being all natural, lactose free, gluten free and soy free!

Is there really such a thing?

Never have I tasted a drink that’s healthy, fills me up and taste great! Well until now, I haven’t.

I’m filling Iconic in on our family breakfast menu — the hubs and kids are already hooked and my husband is ready to stock it at his gym– whoop whoop –if I can’t get it at home– I can always sneak it from the gym. Win win for Chene!

That’s Fresh! Friday Features & Link Up #2

Hey girl hey! It’s Friday, so I’m back again with another dope- fresh That’s Fresh! Friday.

Thanks so much to all the blogs that linked up and shared your “fresh” post! This week is our 2nd link up and I hoping to find even MORE fresh finds but 1st let’s get to the That’s Fresh! Friday Features from last week:

Foley Love’s Caramel Iced Hot Chocolate: Just the fact that it has Werther’s candies alone makes it a feature! What a great idea to mix two of the most flavorful items together– this is on my “Trying It” list for sure.

Just Add Cloth’s Citrus Avocado Smooth: Our family are smooth addicts– so the mix of avocado and citrus was a new flavor for us but my boys loved it and it’s now on our smoothie rotation at the W house.

On to another Citrus inspiration- Style Oyster’s Pink & Yellow Living Room Redesign: There’s nothing about this living room that I don’t love–This is a instant mood changer I bet– great space!

and of course, this couldn’t be a That’s Fresh! Friday feature without a little fashion and Economy of Style brought the freshness with her Polka dots and Tribal Print Mix– So Fresh!
